Duple provides technology, design, and digital solutions specifically designed for small and growing businesses. Our services include but are not limited to web development, UX/UI design, visual identity, professional presentations, IT and AI consulting, automations, furniture renders, and custom event invitations.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access to accounts and systems required for service delivery. Delays in providing these may impact service timelines and results.
Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements or project proposals. Depending on the agreed scope, projects may be billed as a fixed rate or on a monthly basis. Late payments may result in project pausing or service suspension.
All content, designs, strategies, and materials created by Duple remain the intellectual property of Duple until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as specified in the service agreement.
Duple shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due immediately, and client access to Duple systems will be revoked.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
